Description:

The wrapper F-T6 is our latest design and most advanced machine for packaging toilet tissue and kitchen towel rolls with a wide range of wrapping configuration. It is a new generation wrapper with high production speed. F-T6 is allows to maintain perfect shape of the packs, even when running on high speed at the same time grants extremely easy and fastest changeover time.

Working principle:

1. The rolls are coming by three channels conveyor; they are launched in the number of lanes according to packaging configuration needed, which is set by HMI, in the single layer into in-feed section, where they are transported by group of carbon bars mounted on trimming belts.
2. The foil positioning section brings the packaging film directly above the rolls by transport belts.
3. The folding process is performed by universal side folders, as well bottom folder and counter folder. Side folding is done by innovative air supported mechanical folders.
4. The overhead pack transport section continuously moves the pack through section of side folding and rotating bottom sealer and deliver pack to side sealing section. All motions and functions are fully controlled by the independent servo motors.

4. This machine is used printed film roll or paper to pack the tissue,it save the cost of plastic bag.
   

Conveyor design

Three-channel motorized belt conveyor, 5 meters long, controlled by inverter, for rolls accumulation. The group includes series of photo-eyes sensors for controlling the right position and the presence of rolls.

Plastic finger design

Unlike conventional wrappers, each pair of trolleys stops only once, to receive the rolls and

the rest of period is constantly moving with minimal required speed in area of side folders. This is

something which significantly improve folding quality.

Bottom sealer is in fixed position and work in rotary mode. It synchronizes comprehensive speed

with trolley speed in sealing area . This allows longer and more stable contact between the bottom

sealer and the sealing section of the pack, which results in high sealing quality.

Packing & Delivery

Packaging:

• Cover with plastic film.
• Packed with wood tray or wood case, it depends on the machine model.

Delivery terms:
• 30% with the order as down-payment.
• 70% after machine completion, but before shipment.
• Will finished manufacturing in 60days after received the down-payment.
